How it Works

Welcome to eufy’s self-service page for processing warranty requests and making inquiries. All eufy warranties are automatically kept track of in our system, so there is no need to register your product. This page is for you to reach out to us when you have issues with your product or to quickly help resolve any other issue you’re experiencing. We apologize in advance for whatever inconvenience your eufy purchase may have caused.

Please note this page is regarding purchases made through this website or the eufy store on Amazon. For purchases made through eufy’s authorized resellers, please contact them directly.

All products purchased from eufy come with a hassle-free warranty. You can find the precise warranty period of your product on the literature inside its box or or on this chart. You can also verify the warranty period with our customer service team in the body of your message.

If your product turns out to have a defect during its warranty period, please contact us via the feedback form below and let us know what we can do to help you. It may save you time to first troubleshoot issues by going to our FAQ page or looking at Instruction Manuals before filing a warranty claim.

Warranty Information Tips

Order ID: You can find this in the order history of the account the purchase was made through.

Model Number: You can find this in your account's order history, as well as on the packaging or manual of the product. Some products come with the model number printed directly on them. Model numbers help us identify the exact make and model of your product more accurately than a product name would.

SN: The SN can be found on the main body of the product itself. It’s located on a sticker, tag, or printed directly on the product, but never on the packaging. Looks something like SN: FY529241.

This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

The eufy PoE NVR and its included components are covered by the warranty periods listed below, commencing from the date of original purchase.

eufy guarantees to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") that each eufy PoE NVR product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use during the warranty period, provided:

- The product is purchased from eufy or authorized sellers*

- Follow official documentation guidelines

- The product has been installed at the original installation address and is being used as expected.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

- Products without sufficient proof of purchase

- Lost or stolen products

- Items that have expired their warranty period

- Non quality-related issues (after 14 days of purchase)

- Free products

- Repairs through 3rd parties

- Damage from outside sources

- Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)

- Purchases from illegitimate resource

- Physical Components

Normal wear/deterioration that does not affect functionality(e.g., scratches, paint fading, shell deformation, rust)

Damage from misuse/abuse (impact, water exposure, improper storage)

- Usage Conditions

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Weather-related exterior degradation

eufy is not liable for:

- Loss of data incurred from use of eufy products

- Returning personal items sent to eufy

When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. eufy does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.

For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with suitable replacement parts or a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
